松弛小黄鸡 CHICHI, THE EASYGOING CHICK

大家好，我叫松弛小黄鸡。每天开工，我会拿起铲子认真挖，但挖到该收工的时候，也会把工具稳稳放下。事情太多，我先睇开啲，喝一大杯水，让脑袋和身体都缓一缓。不开心的纸团和烦恼，我扫一扫、埋低佢，不让它们一路跟回家。偶尔躺进吊床，脑袋空白，并不代表我没用；休息是在给明天留力气。夕阳来了，我扛起铲子慢慢走，工作留在身后，生活重新开始。我的歪理其实很简单：努力要有尽头，烦恼要有出口，人也要给自己一点松弛。 Hello, I'm Chichi, the Easygoing Chick. When work begins, I pick up my shovel and dig seriously. But when it is time to stop, I put the tools down. If tasks pile up, I loosen my grip, drink a large glass of water, and let body and mind breathe. I sweep up worries and bury them instead of carrying them home. Sometimes I lie in a hammock with a completely blank mind. That does not make me useless; rest saves strength for tomorrow. At sunset, I carry my shovel away slowly, leaving work behind so life can begin again. My crooked little philosophy is simple: effort needs an ending, worries need an exit, and every worker needs room to relax.
